What time does the event start?

The Gala begins at 5:30 PM with our silent auction and cocktails and then moves into a seated dinner, live auction and dancing. The event will end at 11:00 PM.

What is Mobile Bidding?

Do you have family that is unable to attend but would like to bid on auction items? They can bid from wherever they are! Anyone can simply purchase a mobile bidding ticket and they will be able to participate in the silent auction along with the gala guests from the comfort of their home. 

What is the Key Contest?

Individual or Bundles of Keys can be purchased for your chance to unlock the Grand Prize before the live auction. Each key allows you one chance to open the prize lock. For each key purchased, you increase your chances to unlock the Grand Prize!

What is a Tag Day Pack?

A well loved SMCS tradition is the Tag Day Pack, sold every year at Gala. We will have 4 Gala Tag Days (February 8th, February 15th, February 22nd and February 29th) when students can dress in tag day attire and get a break from their uniform! Even if you do not plan on attending gala, this is worth checking out to purchase for your students! Purchase here.

Do I need to wear formal dress?

No! We welcome you to have fun with the international theme. Did you pick up something fun from recent travels or have some favorite ethnic pieces or accessories?! We are excited to see all the different countries represented!

What should I expect?

First, you should expect a good time! You will enter the theater and participate in the silent auction then move on to the seated dinner and live auction and end the event by dancing the night away! It will be a wonderful evening to remember!

What is the Beverage Wristband?

This wristband allows you unlimited non-alcoholic and alcoholic beverages without the hassle of payment processes with each visit throughout the entire night.

What if I don’t want to purchase a wristband?

The option is available to purchase drink tickets prior to the event along with your event ticket. 

Can I invite my friends?

We would love to have them join us! Everyone and anyone are invited! They do not need to be parents or parishioners; the event is open to all people ages 21 and up.

Hotel Room Blocks?
