Summer Camp 2025 Offerings
 

Saint Mary's has a diverse menu of extra offerings available this summer with multiple sessions and a team of fantastic facilitators. Please peruse the choices below and sign your child up! Note that there will be no After-School Care available during the camp sessions. If your camper is signed up for sessions that last from 9 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., please send him/her with a nut-free lunch to be eaten between the sessions. 

 

Please note that the grade levels listed for each camp are meant to indicate students rising to the grade levels indicated.

Bricks for Kidz Camp: World of Wizards, June 9-13, Grade:K-5th $0.00

This is a NEW camp for 2025 where the enchanting worlds of Harry Potter and Fantastic Beasts come alive through LEGO Bricks. Young wizards will build mysical worlds, craft magical creatures and concoct LEGO potions in a realm where imagination knows no bounds- the Bricks 4 Kidz way! Campers will follow model plans designed by engineers and architects as they build with LEGO Bricks. Our LEGO project kits offer campers the opportunity to learn STEM-based principles through fun, educational play. The kits include gears, axles, and motors to bring campers' creations to life! The camp will help children improve fine motor skills, build self-esteem, and learn important classroom lessons such as organization and following directions. Campers will also have the opportunity to explore their imaginations through free play.


Curious Creators: Magic of Pollinators, June 9-13, Grades: 2-6 $0.00

Through creative learning, students will understand how pollinators are integral to the environment, food systems and the art we make. Students will understand the power of pollinators through age-apporpriate lessons on how pollination happens and how pollination leads to the fruiting of plants. They will explore and experiment with different art-making activities like natural dyeing and painting with natural pigments from real plants.


Sports & Games Camp with Mr. Schaefer, June 9-13, Grades: 3-8 $0.00

We will play a variety of traditional team sports like basketball, soccer, volleyball, etc and incorporate various games, relay races playground games, camp games and other fun throughout the week!


GRSM Mother Goose Meets Dr. Seuss: June 9-13, Grades: JK-1st $0.00

Young performers bring their favorite Mother Goose rhymes and songs from the Seussical The Musical to life in this camp designed for budding stars. They explore singing, acting, dancing, and plenty of fun! The week wraps up with a special performance on the final day.

In this camp, students will create their own musical by taking scenes from multiple musicals and putting them together for a performance on the final day of camp. Campers will work on vocals, acting and stage presence, focusing on one area each day, incorporating fun exercises and games. To top it off, they will also work on creating costumes.

Children will have the opportunity to familiarize themselves with the school, their teachers, classmates and some of the things we do in Junior Kindergarten. Calling all rising first graders! At this camp, both the reading enthusiast and emerging reader will enjoy a variety of activities from writing, individualized and small group reading, phonics focused games, responding to reading and more! Each camper will receive an end of session report focusing on the skills and strategies reinforced throughout camp as well as areas of growth in preparation for the upcoming first grade year.

In addition to receiving a block of individual coaching each day, campers will do theory activities such as learning and writing of notes and basic music symbols, building skills in note and rhythm reading, as well as ear training exercises. There will be an informal recital on the last day of the camp.

Designed for those who are new to music, students will experiment with various instruments, and experience various music styles.
