SPONSORSHIP PROGRAM

The event sponsorship program allows businesses, families, and individuals to support Saint Mary’s Catholic School & Parish fundraising goals in an effort to help offset event expense costs. Our updated event sponsorship program offers you the top level of sponsorship, the Immaculate. This sponsorship has the most market visibility and event perks reaching over 25,000 people through our social media platforms. On average, combined we have over 3,000 attendees at our events.

In addition, we offer other levels of sponsorships; Devoted, Blessed and Faithful. These levels give different ways you can support the Saint Mary’s community and create marketing exposure and involvement for businesses and families. It’s a WIN, WIN!

The Immaculate sponsorship includes:

  • Name/logo recognized on ALL event marketing materials

(Materials include: event webpages, social media outlets, event signage, event programs & t-shirts (where applicable)

Oyster Roast:

  • Eight tickets and a wine basket with branded St. Mary’s travel wine glasses

Gala: 

  • Six tickets with a priority table seating, a full page ad in the program, and an exclusive gift basket with a bottle of champagne, and a unique, Gala themed keepsake

Parish Christmas Concert:

  • Six reserved tickets and a reserved parking spot

Advent Brunch: 

  • A reserved table for six, access to a VIP priority food service line and gift basket with branded St. Mary’s ornament and a Rosary blessed by Fr. Mike

Spring Festival:  

  • Access for 4 to the VIP priority tent with refreshments, St. Mary’s branded merchandise, and a class ice cream or popsicle party for your child who attends SMCS

Knights of Columbus Dinners:

  • A reserved table for 8 for all dinners
