Doors open at 6:00 pm

Dinner will be served in the tent around 8:00 with the Live Auction following.  Please note that the bar in the tent will accept cash or drink tickets only. The inside bars will take credit cards.

Casino tables and the dance floor will open in the ballroom promptly after the Live Auction and continue til 11:00.

Don't forget to pre-purchase your casino raffle tickets. Each raffle ticket will enter you for a chance to win one of our fabulous raffle prizes.

Save time at the event by checking in early. Early check in will take place 3/18 and 3/19 in the lower commons from 7:30-8:30 am and 2:00-3:00 pm.
